About our Company

We first became interested in condominium vacations when we began our family. Hotel rooms were too small; we couldn’t relax & “spread out”. We quickly realized that hotel rooms just didn’t provide us the space that we needed. We also wanted the option of enjoying on-site activities & amenities. Again, this wasn’t something that hotels seemed to offer.

Our first condominium ownership began in 1996 at Sheraton’s Vistana Resort in Orlando, Florida. Here, we found what we were looking for: spacious 1 & 2 bedroom condominiums, swimming pools, tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, golf & mini-golf, game rooms, resort sponsored children’s activities and so much more. Now THIS was our idea of a vacation!

Soon, our friends & family members also became spoiled by the luxurious accommodations. No longer were we willing to vacation at a property that simply offered a pool, while crowding into a hotel room. We found that so many others enjoyed our condominiums too. Since then, we have expanded our condominium ownership to other East Coast locations: Williamsburg, Hilton Head, the Catskill Mountains, Virginia Beach, to name a few.

One, two, & three bedroom condominiums have floor plans that range from 800 – 1800 sq.ft.

All condos feature full kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, & bathrooms. Many have washers & dryers too!

Because you have your own fully equipped kitchen, you no longer have to dine out for each meal.

Weekly (7 night) rental prices range from $55 - $195/night. We price our rentals 25-65% below the resort rates.

Fantastic locations

Our Orlando & Williamsburg condominiums are just a 5 – 10 minute ride to Disney & Busch Gardens.

Virginia Beach & Hilton Head condominiums are either located on the beach or within a short family walk.

Mountain condominiums are located at either resorts that offer on-site skiing/snow tubing or are within a short ride to the slopes.
